Casa de Olas 2 is our other spectacular property, located next door to Casa de Olas 1. It is also one of the best and reasonably priced upscale vacation rentals in Nosara! Casa de Olas 2 is private, peaceful, and luxurious, and considered to be among the finest homes in Nosara. It is located in Playa Guiones within one minute walk to one of the best surf breaks in Nosara. Set back from some of the finest waves around, the only thing between Casa de Olas and the beach is a 200 meter wildlife refuge. Check out the Nosara Surf Cam to view the waves that at our back door!

The house is beautifully decorated with bronze details and exotic woods. The house contains a spacious and beautiful granite kitchen that is set up for entertaining! In this fully equipped kitchen you will find top of line appliances and exotic wood finishings.  If you or your group desires, we even have a private chef available that can prepare all your meals!

Casa de Olas 2 has 3 bedrooms in total, all with pillow top beds, and 3 exquisite bathrooms. The house is designed with a “master living suite” which includes the main living and kitchen space, a master bedroom upstairs, and two additional large sleeping rooms that can either be accessed from inside, or can be locked off if needed.

The master bedroom is located upstairs in the “main living suite” and overlooks the beautifully crafted open floor plan. It is tastefully decorated, has plenty of clothing storage, a king size bed, and is equipped with a ceiling fan, A/C, and satellite TV. The second and third bedrooms each have two full size beds and one futon bed, A/C, ceiling fan, and bathroom.

The main living room features satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo. The kitchen bar seats four comfortably, and there is outdoor patio furniture for cocktails and dining under the stars! On the property there is an outdoor shower, and a small jetted “dipping pool” perfect for cooling off or reading your book in, all accessed from the bedrooms and main living suite. The house is also equipped with a washer and dryer, and a safety box. Maid service is complementary two times a week.

The house is incredibly safe and secure, and is fully enclosed by custom metal gates and wood fences made of pochote wood. Additionally, there are two security posts – one on the beach path, and one at the beach from the Harmony Hotel.

This upscale house sleeps 6-8 comfortably, but is also ideal for large groups and can accommodate up to 14 people. It is also a perfect place for weddings, large family gatherings, and special occasions! Inquire about the neighboring house Casa de Olas 1 for additional accommodations which when rented together will sleep up to 30 guests in total!
